With the desire to maintain meaningful relationships with our clients, we endeavor to do things the right way and to bring trust, honesty, and good, old-fashioned hard work to every project.  

Luther Hill founded the firm in 1968 on the belief in strict standards for quality and safety. He gained national attention for building big business projects with a small business attitude. Greg Wilkinson and Fritz McKinstry carried on his legacy when they bought the company in 1985. Now, Paul Driscoll, CEO, is leading the firm into the future with a commitment to retaining the culture and principles that have been central to our success. Many things have changed as we have evolved into a larger firm, but our philosophy and core values have remained the same - respect, quality, safety, commitment, training, fun, and citizenship.
