COVID-19 Announcement

As news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) becomes more of a concern, we are monitoring the situation closely as it impacts our members, visitors, staff, and North Texas as a whole. We want to share with you the steps we are taking to ensure your safety and the sanitation of our facility.

For the time being, the Architecture and Design Exchange will remain open during its normal business hours (M-F 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-3pm). AIA Dallas and the AD EX are taking extra care to maintain clean and sanitized surfaces and provide event and meeting attendees with hand-washing facilities and access to hand sanitizers. Even so, those who are at higher risk of health complications as a result of the coronavirus should consider staying home and joining events by webinar or phone, if possible. 

As of right now, our scheduled events will continue as planned. We will keep you informed if any dates change or if there are cancellations. For many of our upcoming programs, registrants can attend remotely via a webinar. Under these circumstances, CES credits will still be available. Please refer to our calendar for information regarding specific events.

Committee, board, and task force meetings will continue as planned. However, if you are unable to attend in person, you can attend virtually using video/teleconference and screen-sharing, which will be sent to committee members ahead of meetings. Notifications will be sent if cancellations are necessary.
