Despite its history of tragedy, the Fort Worth Water Garden remains a compelling and frustrating public space that rewards repeated visits to watch tourists, teenagers, lawyers, photographers, students, skateboarders, quinceanera parties, and families navigate their way through its precarious waterscapes.
