McCoy Collaborative Preservation Architecture was founded in 2007 as Quimby McCoy in Dallas, Texas. McCoy Collaborative provides full architectural services with a specialization in the restoration, adaptive use and architectural conservation of historic buildings. The firm has a broad base of experience and knowledge in the related areas of preservation planning, research and analysis, architectural history, materials science, government standards and regulations.

McCoy Collaborative approaches the preservation of sites and buildings as conservators of the built environment with the intent of maintaining as much historic fabric as possible while providing design solutions that meet an owner’s goals for the building’s long term continued use.
