Enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres\, open bar\, live music\, meet-and-greets with the tour architects\, and more. This event is organzied by ModernLuxury Interiors Texas\, and sponsored by Western Window Systems. \nYou must purchase a VIP Pass to attend the Tour of Homes Premiere Party. VIP Passes include admission to the Tour of Homes weekend on October 25 & 26\, 2025. \nPremiere Party\nThursday\, October 23\, 2025\n6:30 to 9:00 p.m. \nWinsted Drive Residence // Bentley Tibbs Architect\nThe client envisioned a ranch-style home within the city—one that captured the spirit of a Texas ranch compound while responding to its in-town context. The resulting residence reads as a collection of buildings\, unified by a simple\, regionally grounded material palette of Texas stone\, metal\, and wood. Designed to integrate with the natural landscape\, the home rambles through mature trees and follows the site’s natural topography. A central aspect of the design is the client’s deep devotion to their dogs\, and a portion of the home is dedicated for training\, grooming\, and kenneling. Large interior spaces flow into an expansive backyard.
