DESCRIPTION:Sponsored by BRR Architecture\, Hosted by the Codes & Standards Committee. \n\n2021 International Existing Building Code with City of Dallas Amendments\nThis course will provide an overview of the 2021 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) along with the additional amendments to the code for the City of Dallas. \nLearning Objectives: \n\nThe participant will be able to identify the application of the prescriptive compliance method to provide for code compliance on an existing building\, thus providing for the public welfare.\nThe participant will be able to identify the application of the work area compliance method to provide for code compliance on an existing building\, thus providing for the public welfare.\nThe participant will be able to identify the application of the performance compliance method to provide for code compliance on an existing building\, thus providing for the public welfare.\nThe participant will be able to identify the application of the City of Dallas amendments to each of the compliance methods to provide for code compliance on an existing building within the City of Dallas\, thus providing for the public welfare.\n\n1.0 LU | HSW \n\nComplimentary parking provided through Republic Center Valet.
