DESCRIPTION:HELP INSPIRE THE ARCHITECTS AND DESIGNERS OF TOMORROW\nOrganized by the Latinos in Architecture Network \nBring your book donations to the AD EX or pick up an empty box to fill up at your firm. Donations will be distributed to local high school students to inspire the architects and designers of tomorrow! \nDonations can include books about architecture\, interior design\, engineering\, art\, and construction. New or gently used supplies such as scales\, T-squares\, and tracing paper are welcome! Magazines will NOT be accepted. \nFeel free to write a personal\, motivational message on the inside front cover of a donated book to encourage students to explore our profession as a career path! Students will not only gain inspiration but also a personalized connection to Dallas professional. \nBooks may be dropped off at the AD EX during open hours or by appointment from June 10th through August 12th. In addition\, many local firms will also serve as collection points. \nContact us if your firm would like to be one of the collection points! \n  \nAD EX HOURS \nAD EX is open to the public from 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Believing that the River is the natural gathering place for all Dallas residents\, the Conservancy is committed to bringing people together to share their ideas\, learn more about the possibilities and habitat of the area\, and to assist in making the Trinity River a more accessible space. In 2018\, the Conservancy was selected to design\, construct and maintain the future Harold Simmons Park in a private/public partnership with the City of Dallas and the Trinity River Corridor Local Government Corporation. \nCoffee & Conversation is a series of panel conversations with experts on recent topics of interest to our Dallas chapter members.
