Sahana Ashwathanarayana

Sahana Ashwathanarayana is a landscape architect, currently serving as a Project Leader at Studio Outside Landscape Architects. Her academic background includes a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Virginia, where she also earned a Certificate in Urban Design, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Ramaiah Institute of Technology in India. During her time at UVA, she supported faculty as a Student Instructional Assistant and contributed to academic research exploring theoretical frameworks in landscape architecture.

Sahana’s professional strengths lie in design innovation, architectural analysis, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She is proficient in English and Hindi and holds a growing portfolio of work that reflects a commitment to creating thoughtful, sustainable environments.
