Aarohi Pilankar, AIA is a Principal and Studio Director at OTJ Architects, leading the Dallas office which she helped launch in 2021. With nearly 20 years of experience across retail, mixed-use, hospitality, multifamily, and commercial interiors, she delivers community-focused projects that drive cultural and economic impact. As a long-standing member of AIA Dallas and incoming 2025 President of CREW Dallas, Aarohi champions diversity, equity, and inclusion through mentorship, advocacy, and organizational leadership. Recognized with multiple industry honors, she continues to shape the built environment and empower the next generation of architects and real estate professionals.
