Ashley Jeske

Ashley Jeske is a seasoned attorney in the commercial real estate space.  Since 2015, Ashley has counseled clients on nearly all aspects of commercial real estate law and has drafted, reviewed, and negotiated thousands of contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, development and management agreements, NDAs, loan documents, and the like.  As a natural result of advising clients in the real estate industry, Ashley has also gained invaluable experience in other legal fields, including corporate law, finance, mergers and acquisitions and litigation.  A real estate dealmaker who takes pride in collaborating with all the parties involved to work toward the creation of something new, she is driven, knowledgeable, and most importantly, a team player looking to help her clients seek out and close deals involving all asset classes on a national platform.

Following her tenure as a partner of a top Am Law 100 law firm, where Ashley was a well-known and go-to attorney, she took a leap of faith and started her own solo legal practice, continuing to work with clients day-to-day on diverse matters and using all the skills she gained since attending SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas.
