Architectural Designer
Idd Architecture is a 13-year-old, turn-key architectural design firm in Dallas, TX. A modern city known for its architecture and history, Dallas is one of Texas’ largest cities and a wonderful place to live and own a business. We provide turn-key architectural and engineering design services and have carved a niche in design-build project delivery. We are small but are growing. Our specialties include medical and surgical facilities, education, municipalities, multifamily/mixed use, and commercial projects
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.
Experience: 3-5 years’ extensive experience in all phases of architectural project delivery, especially construction documentation.
Skills and Abilities: Excellent drafting skills; Revit proficiency with some Autocad required. Some Sketchup is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within project deadlines and budgets. Ability to be flexible and multi-task.
This position requires the person to be mostly present in the office. Employee should like visiting project sites to learn.
