JRAF Studio is seeking an Architectural Intern with 0–5 years of experience to contribute across a range of tasks, from marketing and graphics to construction documentation and observation. Our projects span residential and commercial sectors, including renovations, additions, and new builds. We’re also expanding our design-build services through our partner company, JRAF Builds, offering even more opportunities to engage in the full lifecycle of architectural design and construction. This is an excellent opportunity to be mentored in all facets of architecture and the business behind it. Key Responsibilities: – Participate in projects from concept through construction, including full documentation. – Create graphics for social media and marketing materials. – Research and select finishes, fixtures, and equipment. – Attend and document client meetings. – Explore advancements in architectural processes and materials. – Visit construction sites for field reports and photography. – Conduct take-offs and estimating. – Assist with general office tasks as needed. Requirements
- Passion for design and creative problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Interest in pursuing architectural licensure.
- Professional or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Working knowledge of Revit (training provided for our workflow).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; training provided).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Enscape rendering software.
Experience with Bluebeam for project management.
