Architectural Staff I

Responsibilities and Requirements: 3-5 years of professional experience Licensed professional required Demonstrated competence in architectural design, project management and technical document preparation Experience in managing moderate-sized architectural projects Proficient in design analysis, planning, and occupancy studies and creating detailed project specifications Strong track record in writing comprehensive reports and specifications Proven ability in reviewing and interpreting completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino etc.) Collaborate with project team to solve technical issues Participate in project team meetings and contribute to discussions Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements Manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets Strong design and visualization skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
