| DNA Workshop is an award-winning architecture firm specializing in multi-family housing, historic adaptive re-use, hospitality, and retail projects. We are currently doing work in 33 states, and have recently launched our first international project as well. We’re experiencing tremendous growth and are expanding our team to match. Originally founded in Baton Rouge, we opened a second office in Richmond, VA in 2022 and launched our Dallas office in 2023. DNA Workshop is looking for high-energy Managing Director to lead our Dallas office to success. Candidates must be experienced and successful Architects who are passionate about helping new architects develop their craft. We’re looking for someone who is ready to advance their career by stepping into a leadership position that can balance our culture of collaboration and fun with the need to get things done right. |
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have:
– Architectural degree from accredited college/university
– 10+ years professional architectural experience
– Experience in multi-family
– Ability to lead and coach a team of designers
– Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
– Professional licensure
– Good attitude and good sense of humor required
