Guide Architecture is seeking a Project Architect – Healthcare to provide technical design leadership and support across healthcare projects from concept through completion. Working closely with project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors, you’ll help ensure thoughtful design solutions, strong technical documentation, and seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical design support and direction throughout all phases of healthcare projects.
• Lead and support the development, coordination, and quality of project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to maintain alignment and project progress.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare codes, standards, and technical requirements to project design and documentation.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness and communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
• Support presentations, marketing efforts, and other initiatives that contribute to future project opportunities.
• Engage and support the broader team while contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn new skills, tools, and techniques.
• Demonstrated construction administration experience on healthcare projects, including RFIs, submittals, site observations, and contractor coordination.
