| REQUIREMENTS In-Office position Professional Licensure – preferred, but not required Experience– 10+ years of Multifamily Residential projects; Contract Administration experience is preferred, but not required. Additional commercial experience in Hospitality, Mixed-Use, and Retail is advantageous.
