Three-phase $100 million expansion and renovation to create a world class collections center, new main entrance and update building systems throughout the existing facility. The new Mays Family Center provides space for traveling exhibits as well as a venue for financial support for the museum. Registered for LEED NC 2009.

The Bassett Tower, a 15-story historic landmark, is being given a new purpose with a $10 million renovation to become an Aloft Hotel. The art deco building, originally designed by famed El Paso architect Henry Trost and opened in 1930, offers 89 guest rooms and 6,000 square feet of ground-level retail space.
This new 41,000 square foot building houses many public safety functions for the Town of Little Elm under one roof, including the central fire station, police station and administrative offices for both. Features of the two-story building are a jail, police and fire dispatch, sally port, juvenile/victim interview rooms, storage, evidence storage, emergency operations center and patrol officer and detective work areas.
Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is a new, 192,400 square foot greenfield acute care hospital. The three-story, 83-bed hospital offers a full-service 17- bed emergency department, intensive and critical care, women’s services, cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, imaging and diagnostic services. The third floor has 32,000 square feet of shell space, and the building can accommodate a future vertical expansion of a fourth floor for an additional 32,000 square feet.
This 114,053 square foot assisted living and memory care unit provides housing for 120 residents in a home-like environment. Upscale dining rooms and serving areas throughout the complex provides options for residents, as well as maintains a more residential environment. During construction the owner elected to change the occupancy status to a higher level of care, resulting in challenges that were creatively solved to maintain the budget.
The Stack is a private student housing option for Texas A&M students, providing luxurious accommodations in close proximity to the campus. As Phase I of a new development, Legacy Point, the student apartment-style housing complex provides a variety of unit types, retail, student recreation space and offices. This five-story, 323,780 square foot building houses more than 400 residents and offers amenities that include a fitness facility, in-unit washers and dryers and a central courtyard with a pool and hot tub.
TLC provided fundamental and enhanced commissioning at Perot Museum, a Dallas landmark.
Methodist Hospital for Surgery specializes in spine, joint and orthopedic care. TLC provided MEP/FP engineering for this $60 million facility
In the Campus at Legacy office park, TLC has engineering seven buildings and three parking garages for one client, providing MEP/FP engineering, along with commissioning and sustainability consulting.
Dallas Fire Station #42 achieved LEED NC 2.2 Gold certification and incorporates numerous sustainability features, including energy-efficient cooling, energy recovery units, low-flow plumbing fixtures and more. TLC provided MEP/FP and energy modeling.
Designed as a 45,000 square foot facility, this library accommodates state-ofthe- art technology and provides more than 6,000 square feet of public meeting space, including areas specifically designed for adult, children and teenage readers. The library also houses study rooms; a large public meeting room; and smaller conference type meeting rooms. LEED Gold. 2017 TEXO Distinguished Building Award for projects between $10 million and $30 million
