AIA Dallas Tour of Homes

An architecturally curated tour of homes, beautifully designed.

The 2023 AIA Dallas Tour of Homes is Dallas’ only citywide home tour.

This Fall, the 2023 AIA Dallas Tour of Homes will feature in-person tours that showcase the best in residential architecture. The Tour of Homes will host on-site tours of unique and creative residential design on October 28 & 29. The Tour of Homes showcases the work of our city’s talented architects, highlighting innovative and outstanding residential design. Curated exclusively by local architects, this year’s tour will feature groundbreaking homes in neighborhoods across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Event Details

Tour of Homes Hours of Operation are 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Saturday, October 28 and Sunday, October 29. 
The Tour is an "open house" format and guests are invited to visit the homes on the tour at their convenience during our hours of operation.
Homes on the tour will be announced in August, 2023, and home addresses will be provided to ticketholders two weeks prior to the event date.

Tickets

VIP Pass: SOLD OUT. Includes a ticket to the Premiere Party event on October 26th and Weekend Admission on October 28 & 29. You will receive your wristband(s) at the Premiere Party event or you can claim them during the weekend at any home on the tour.

Weekend Admission Tickets: Is a ticket to the weekend tour on October 28 & 29. No printed or physical tickets are required for this year’s tour. To start your tour, visit any home on the tour and check-in at the entrance. You only need to check in once to receive a wristband that gets you access to all the other homes on the tour.

Single Home Tickets: Allows entry to only one home on the tour. When you check-in at the home you would like to visit you will not receive a wristband. Keep in mind that there is no re-entry for a single home ticket after you leave the home.
