Architect Registration Exam Preparation: Programming, Planning & Practice
This customized course will lead to competency in systems and processes involved in building design and construction. The application of project development knowledge and skills relating to architectural programming; environmental, social and economic issues; codes and regulations; and project practice management. Upon completion of this course, participants will know how to:

• Assess client needs and requirements to develop master plan and program.
• Obtain and review site and building surveys
• Identify, analyze and incorporate building codes, specialty codes, zoning and other regulatory requirements, then manage regulatory approval process
• Develop scope of services and project delivery method
