Join us this summer as our Architecture on Tap series enters into its second decade!
As COVID has only further highlighted the massive shortage of affordable and workforce housing in Dallas, join us for a lively round of Architecture on Tap as we delve into the how and the why of three affordable housing projects in transforming parts of Dallas including the Bottoms, downtown Dallas, and southeast Dallas. With all three of them in different stages of the development process, we will look at how these projects launched, the diverse funding that made them possible, and how market realities shaped their final programming. We’ll close the panel with a closer look at decades long inequities in housing for minority groups across the city and how championing projects like these can bring about meaningful change.

About the Architecture on Tap series:
Due to popular demand, we are expanding this ever-growing, member favorite happy hour panel series from three to four sessions. The Historic Resources Committee, EDI Task Force, Young Professionals Network, and the Communities by Design Committee will each champion a session to explore topics of interest.
