The CityLab High School Summit supports the school’s mission as it is the Foundation’s signature event for community engagement, celebrating students’ achievements, and raising funds for capital improvements. It seeks to bring together the diverse stakeholders that will be part of CityLab High School and provide an opportunity for parents, students, and the public to become part of the CityLab High School’s family. In addition, this event is designed to further engage our current students with the professional community and provide a great opportunity for next year’s incoming 9th grade.

The program will open with a reception and Keynote Lecture on Friday evening at the newly renovated and restored Perkins+Will architecture office at 2218 Bryan Street, Suite 200 in downtown Dallas. This will be followed by a full day of activities on Saturday, at CityLab High School at 912 S. Ervay Street. Activities will include a panel discussion on equity, a series of break-out sessions for students to talk with professionals in small groups, fostering networking, and other fun activities.  Professionals and the general public are welcome to attend both Friday evening and Saturday.
