Talk About It
Many disasters quickly come under the jurisdiction of FEMA. Before disaster assistance can be given at a FEMA site, a series of four webinars must be completed. To assist you in completing these required webinars and receiving the required certificates, the joint AIA Dallas/AIA Fort Worth Disaster Action Committee is hosting a webinar viewing day.
- IS-100.b - Introduction to Incident Command System
- IS-200.b - ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents
- IS-700.a - NIMS An Introduction
- IS-800.b - National Response Framework, An Introduction
The training will take place at the computer lab in room 319 of the CAPPA Building at the University of Texas at Arlington. If you prefer to use your own laptop, feel free to bring it with you.
Lunch will be served.
