The WELL Building Standard is the first building rating system that focuses on the health of the building's occupants. This performance-based rating system impacts human health and well-being through air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind. It marries best practices in design and construction with positive behavioral aspects that have been proven to increase productivity, health, employee satisfaction and employee retention.

This first of three sessions will offer an overview of the WELL certification process and WELL Building Standard features, preconditions and optimizations.  This overview is also helpful to those preparing for the WELL AP exam.
