Leadership Program Opportunities

Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)

The ELP identifies, cultivates and mentors young leaders in three areas of leadership: the firm, the profession and our community. Going into its 10th year, the Emerging Leaders Program boasts more than 180 graduates and draws rave reviews through its curriculum that combines class-developed panels, leadership discussions led by Pete DeLisle, PhD, Hon. TxA, and a class project benefiting the greater community. Past community projects undertaken by the Emerging Leaders include the design of a playground for CityWalk@Akard, the design of the Promise House Street Outreach shelter, the site plan of Bonton Farms and design of its Community Center, a children's playground at Fair Park, and a columbarium at CitySquare. Click here to hear from graduates of the program.

We are now accepting applications for the 2018 Emerging Leaders Program, see below for the program application and reference form. Applications are due by 11:59 pm on Thursday, December 14, 2017.

Advanced Leaders Program (ALP)

The ALP, the next step after Emerging Leaders, addresses topics such as leadership effectiveness, influencing in complex environments, conflict management, and decision-making. This program is designed for project and program managers and will help navigate the road to elevated leadership roles. Through engagement in the program, you will develop a personal leadership development plan to directly address individual and group needs and substantially impact your organization.
