The AIA Dallas Tour of Homes is Dallas’ only citywide home tour.
Each Fall, the AIA Dallas Tour of Homes features the best in residential architecture. The Tour of Homes is a self-guided tour of unique and creative residences in late October showcasing the work of our city’s talented architects. Curated by local architects, each year’s tour features groundbreaking homes in neighborhoods across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Tour of Homes Hours of Operation are 10:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27.
The Tour is an “open house” format and guests are invited to visit the homes on the tour at their convenience during our hours of operation. Homes on the tour will be announced in August, 2024, and home addresses will be provided to ticketholders a maximum of two weeks prior to the event date.

APPLY TO BE ON THE 2025 TOUR OF HOMES
Applications are now being accepted year-round! The cut-off to be considered for the annual tour is 5:00 PM on March 31 of that year. Any applications submitted after March 31 will be considered at the discretion of the AIA Dallas Tour of Homes committee or for the following year’s tour.
AIA Dallas members are encouraged to submit their recently completed residential projects to host Tour of Homes events – the VIP Premiere Party or the Tour of Homes weekend. If selected for the Tour of Homes, you and your work will be featured in local press and publications, and in AIA Dallas print and digital media.
