The Air Barrier Rodeo is a dynamic, hands-on educational experience designed to bring air barrier principles to life. Offered as a half- or full-day program, the Rodeo combines expert-led presentations with live demonstrations and participant engagement.
In partnership with local AIA, BEC, CSI, and IIBEC chapters, ABAA delivers this immersive program to communities across the country. The Rodeo blends technical education with hands-on application, focusing on:
- Building science fundamentals
- Material selection and performance
- Air barrier specifications and detailing
- Proper installation techniques
- Troubleshooting common field conditions
Both the classroom-style presentations and hands-on demonstration portions are AIA-accredited, allowing participants to earn continuing education credits while gaining practical knowledge.
