You’re invited on Tuesday, August 25 for Coffee and Conversation! Join us for a look at the early successes and future of Dallas’ newest deck park, Halperin Park. Envisioned by the community in 2016 to reconnect Oak Cliff across I-35, Halperin Park opened in spring 2026 and has quickly become a vibrant destination for programming, recreation, and community gatherings.

Learn more about the park’s vision, design, and impact from Anne Hagan, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for Halperin Park. The project was designed by SWA Group (landscape architecture) and HKS, Inc. (architecture and engineering), with construction led by McCarthy Building Companies.
