Join us on Tuesday, January 14 to learn about the City of Dallas Urban Design Peer Review Panel (UDPRP)!

For more than ten years, the Urban Design Peer Review Panel has positively impacted Dallas’ urban landscape by providing timely, consistent and effective urban design advice for identified projects. The UDPRP provides advice to staff, the City’s Tax Increment Fund Boards, Plan Commission and City Council as applicable. It has reviewed almost $5 billion in transformative development projects ranging from Far North Dallas to Southern Dallas. We will hear from current board chair Eurico Francisco, AIA, and Arturo Del Castillo, City of Dallas Assistant Director of Planning & Development, to learn more about the peer review panel’s origin, past projects, and aspirations for the future. This is sure to be an engaging event to kick off 2025!
