Mohammed Farshori is a distinguished leader in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and inclusion, with a track record of driving transformative initiatives across industries. As Chair of the Asian Chamber of Texas, he has championed community engagement and sustainability resources for small and midsized enterprises, making it one of the first Asian Chamber in Texas to do so. At AT&T, he has spearheaded digital divide and environmental engagement strategies for senior executives across global regions and led sustainability programs such as the AI Trash Can Initiative, Community Champions Program and Zero Waste efforts. His leadership extends to the National Cricket League USA, where he is guiding the organization toward its 2030 carbon neutrality goal as Chair – Sustainability, and he has contributed to sustainable aviation certification program at the University of Texas at Dallas.
Beyond sustainability, Mohammed is deeply engaged in culture and inclusion efforts, serving as an Inclusion Ambassador and co-founding Faith @ Work ERG at AT&T. His public safety work focuses on critical infrastructure solutions, and he actively mentors military personnel transitioning to corporate careers. He currently serves on advisory boards for the United Nations Foundation’s Girl Up Campaign, Visit Dallas DEI committee, and in the past has served as the President India Association of North Texas, Advisor UT Dallas’s DEI board, President North American Society of Indian Muslims and . A sought-after speaker, he has delivered keynote addresses at major conferences, including the White House AAPI Leadership Summit, Asia Society, Dallas Mavericks. Mohammed’s contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including the Dallas 500 recognition as one of the city’s most powerful business leaders, Immigrant Journey Award and the Dallas Business Journal’s Minority Business Leader Award.
