Join the AIA Dallas Latinos in Architecture (LiA) network at Whose Books on July 21 for a happy hour supporting a local Latino owned bookstore.
Come hang out, connect with peers, browse the shop, and enter a raffle for one of 10 books. Admission proceeds will support ARCO (Activating Reading Communities Organization).
The event also serves as a donation drop-off for the From an Architect’s Bookshelf book drive, a program providing architecture books and supplies to local high schools. Since its launch, the initiative has distributed hundreds of donated resources, many personalized with a dedication from the donor to inspire the next generation of designers. Bring a book to contribute, discover new favorites, and network with peers while supporting access to architectural education.
