AIA Dallas and the Latinos in Architecture Network are excited to have you at the 9th Annual Sporting Clay Classic at the ACME Brick Ranch. We hope you enjoy a day of fun, food, and target practice.
Proceeds from this event go towards the Latinos in Architecture Scholarship. This scholarship was founded to support and encourage economically-disadvantaged graduating seniors of hispanic descent who are pursuing a higher education or a career in architecture or design.
Please bring your own gun and approximately 125 rounds of ammo (more if you plan on buying mulligans). If you forget these items, the closest town to purchase a gun and/or ammo is Weatherford, TX.
Goggles and earplugs are not required but recommended. Additional recommended items include sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, bug spray, water bottle, and cash for extra raffle tickets.
ACME Brick Ranch will provide the clays.
Dress for the weather. Pants are recommended as this is a walking course in the country. Closed toed shoes are also recommended as there is no paved walking path.
Lunch and dinner will be provided.
If the weather is severe, the event may be rescheduled. AIA Dallas will communicate if the event is canceled.
