Lee Kirby is the Southwest Regional Sales Manager for LIVERS BRONZE, LLC via. Lee is a seasoned veteran with over 30 years of experience in specification product sales to architects and designers. He holds a bachelor’s degree from West Texas A&M with a Major in Technical Theater and a Minor in Industrial Technology. His acting background has played well in his sales career!

Throughout his career he has been recognized for his technical expertise and problem-solving skills. He has a passion for teamwork, and he prides himself on being seen as a collaborative source and not just a “salesman.”

Outside of work, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and especially his grandchildren. He enjoys working in his flowerbeds and derives pleasure in watching things grow.

Looking forward, he is fascinated by AI and looks forward to seeing where new technologies take us in the future!

Natalie Oeser

We are pleased to introduce Natalie Oeser, Architectural Consultant, to the Sierra Pacific Windows South Central team. Natalie has been in the window and door industry for the last 5 years. Natalie earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish with a minor in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. She married her college sweetheart and is the proud mother of a beautiful daughter, Maya. She also has 3 pets, thanks to her husband – Baloo, Macy, and Stella. When she is not on mom duty, you can usually find her crafting or working on her photography skills.

Ben brings over 25 years of experience in home technology integration. He has experience on the With over 25 years in the home technology industry, Ben brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for innovation. His career spans both the integrator and manufacturer sides of the business, where he’s worn many hats—installer, programmer, design engineer, and sales manager—giving him a 360° view of smart home solutions.

As Director of Sales and Installations at Home IQ Solutions, Ben is leading the charge to integrate home automation with advanced power management, creating homes that are not only smarter but also more resilient and energy-efficient.

Steve graduated from Texas A&M University in 1978 with a degree in Environmental Design. He received his Masters Degree from Rice University in 1981. Steve worked with the
firm of Charles Tapley and Associates in Houston while attending graduate school. He was licensed to practice Architecture by the State of Texas in 1983.

After working for another firm in Tyler, Steve opened his own Architectural practice in 1986 which has grown to its current size as one of the largest firms in East Texas. Steve works diligently
with every member of the firm and lends his expertise to every project. His strong leadership abilities and attention to detail in every aspect of the business have made the
firm what it is today.
