Environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) initiatives have grown to have a significant impact on the investment community that provides funding and insurance for both private and public development. However, a clear strategy that links global corporate sustainability targets and the daily decision-making that shapes individual architectural projects remains opaque. What are the key drivers in ESG reports that currently are or will impact new developments and existing assets? This session will help practitioners unpack ESG and understand those connections and how they relate to progress in sustainability writ large.
