Small Firms Roundtable: Fishbowl Discussion

The Small Firms Roundtable invites architects and design professionals to a lively, participant-driven Fishbowl Discussion focused on the realities of small firm practice. Attendees will submit practice-based topics, questions, and challenges to a shared “fishbowl,” with each topic pulled at random to spark an open group conversation. From business operations and project management to staffing, clients, fees, and professional growth, the discussion will reflect the issues participants are navigating in their own practices. Come prepared to share experiences, ask questions, exchange ideas, and learn from the collective knowledge of your peers.
