Architecture Firm Leader’s Guide to Consistent and Predictable Revenue

This presentation is an advanced level course on business development processes for licensed architects who are architecture firm owners and leaders responsible for setting and meeting annual revenue targets. The concepts discussed in this presentation provide a pathway for experienced firm leaders to create revenue consistency through scalable, measurable, and predictable growth. At the end of this session, attendees should be able to uncover the steps to create a strategic business plan and process by clarifying their firm’s core market focus and risks associated with working outside of the core, articulate the components of strategic messaging that differentiate their firm to answer the question “Why should potential clients engage with us?”, and understand why having an effective business development process will expand their firm’s potential.
