Project Manager
Posted:
- Defines client requirements and establishes project approach.
- Ensures that all required information for design and planning is obtained and properly communicated to staff and consultants.
- Manages client/firm relationship and all contractor arrangements.
- Works closely with designers and project architect in establishing the project schedule, technical requirements, and time and hour budgets; may select team members.
- Works with other Project Managers within the office to schedule staffing assignments and to oversee training of staff.
- Directs and reviews the work of project team members, provides performance feedback, ensures team members’ skills and project requirements are appropriately matched.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of relevant work experience
- Professional degree in architecture
- Professional registration
- Design and technical detailing experience
- Advanced knowledge of construction materials, standards and codes required
