Job Board
Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager
The Role:
We are looking for a Project Manager (or Senior PM, depending on experience) to help lead our projects from first conversation to final walkthrough. You’ll own scope, schedule, and budget while protecting design intent and the client relationship along the way.
This is a client-facing role at a firm that wins work through trust and conversation, not competitive bidding, so how you communicate matters as much as how well you run a schedule.
What You’ll Do:
Own day-to-day management of 3–5 active custom home and renovation projects, from schematic design through construction administration
Serve as a key client point of contact, leading meetings, setting expectations, and translating technical decisions into plain language
Coordinate consultants, engineers, and builder partners to keep documents, budgets, and timelines aligned
Track schedules and fee budgets and lead support staff in delivering project drawings throughout the process
Review submittals and RFIs during construction; get on site to confirm design intent is actually being built
Help mentor junior staff and keep studio process consistent across projects
Our Culture:
We’re small by choice, small enough that your work is visible, your voice carries weight, and you’re never just a number. We believe great design happens in the room together, so we ask for 3-4 anchor days in the studio each week, the rest is yours to work where you focus best. We take craft seriously and ourselves lightly. If a well-detailed roof assembly gets you as excited as a good rendering, you’ll fit right in.
