Full Service Rates
When you meet or entertain at the DCFA, you have complete access to the Center. Sound and projection rentals, as well as on-site tables and chairs are provided at no cost.
DCFA offers two large meeting spaces by day and evening, seven days a week; two smaller meeting spaces for board or committee meetings during weekday business hours; and access to these spaces and the glass-enclosed DCFA Gallery for special events on weeknights and weekends.

Home to AIA Dallas (American Institute of Architects) and its allied organizations, the DCFA includes state-of-the-art sound and projection technology, versatile classroom and lecture spaces, an elegantly appointed board room, and dramatic event spaces adjacent to the Arts District. Events at the DCFA are highly affordable and expertly supported by our experienced staff in an architecturally dramatic setting. Best of all, the DCFA is easily accessible from all directions.

Thoughtful space design, state-of-the-art communication technology, elegant architectural finishes and furnishings, dramatic lighting, and a welcoming staff deliver to you exceptional value. Come visit DCFA for a guided tour and assistance in planning your next meeting or special event. Venue tours can be arranged between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
