Stephen Walsh

Stephen Walsh is a designer-turned-photographer whose career bridges design leadership and visual storytelling. He began his professional journey as an interior designer, later serving as a design director at Gensler in Dallas, where he led and contributed to a diverse range of workplace and interiors projects within a global design context. Following his time at Gensler, Stephen held an interiors leadership role with Tryba Architects in Fort Worth, deepening his experience within an architecture centric studio. His background in both large-scale practice and boutique architectural environments informs his nuanced understanding of space, materiality, and experience. Today, Stephen is co-founder of RW Collective LLC, a Dallas–Fort Worth based architectural photography studio he runs with his wife, Maria. Through his lens, he documents the built environment with a designer’s eye, focusing on light, composition, and the narratives embedded in space.
