David Preziosi, FACIP, Hon. AIA Dallas

David is the executive director of the Texas Historical Foundation, which works to preserve the history of Texas by providing grants for projects across the state. Previously he served as the executive director for Preservation Dallas from 2012 to 2022 where he worked to save Dallas’ historic places. Before moving to Dallas, he worked for in Mississippi in city planning and as the executive director of the Mississippi Heritage Trust, a preservation nonprofit. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design, a Master of Urban Planning, and a Certificate in Historic Preservation, all from Texas A&M University.
